I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The new prices were NOT given to me BEFORE the order was completed In fact, I had to call Amore's back because the price I paid was almost double what their website menu stated In addition, I was charged individually for side orders that had previously been included free in the prices listed on their website's menu I ended up throwing 3/of my sub away, so obviously I didn't care that my sub included a lot more meat than was advertised on the outdated menu Maybe the website is being changed NOW but, in fact, had not been changed back in early January when I ordered off the old menu Sean and I have communicated a couple of times on Amore's [redacted] page, but Sean has yet to make any kind of settlement offer In fact, Sean is requesting that I go into Amore's to discuss the issue directly with him However, I am sole caregiver to my terminally ill husband and am physically disabled myself, so going in to Amore's to discuss this in person with Sean probably isn't going to happenRegards, [redacted]
Revdex.com spoke to Sean, owner, at business and the following was relayed: There have been issues with the website, which is currently under constructionHowever, it states that prices are subject to change and the price was given to customer and accepted by customer before the order is completedThe customer's order included item changes that included a lot more food as the subs used to be 1/lbmeat and are now called "bombers" and have full lb meatSean requested that the consumer go in to discuss the issue directly with him

customer's order included item changes that included a lot more food as the subs used to be 1/4 lb. meat and are now called "bombers" and have 1 full lb meat. Sean requested that the consumer go in to discuss the issue directly with him.
