Hello In regards to complaint ID #received on January 14, We have been in business over yearsOver that time period we have developed ways to help to eliminate mistakes and help our customers get what they wantIn this case we emailed setups for the customer to approveWe gave him a couple setups to choose fromI am attaching the email we sent himHe chose sample BWe did that setupHe now claims it is wrongWe did what was askedWhat more could we have doneWe advise all our customers to carefully review the setup, etcWe understand people make mistakesWe make mistakesWe offered if he brought in another piece, we would do it for free for himEven though it was his faultWe try to be kind and he became unreasonableI think sometimes people have a hard time taking responsibilityI would hope that this complaint does not get posted against us, Since we did nothing wrong and even tried to help the person with their mistake and alleviate some of the cost for themInstead we did the work as instructed and have never been paid for our workThank you for hearing our side of the complaint.K [redacted] ***Vice PresidentASwell Trophy
