strict and it is stated in the reservation he made as well as in all our partner booking websites.I have attached a screenshot of our listing in *** where it states our cancellation policy "If you cancel or modify your booking (after hours) You will be charged 30% fee"We understand that people can overlook at these details or make mistakes when bookingTherefore, if we are given enough time to cancel, we can offer our guests a partial refund, full refund or we change the booking date for freeIt all depends on how much time in advance we receive a cancellation.I have talked to our team and as a courtesy, we will refund the cancellation fee to the person named above, this time.
