The company has resolved the matter to the customer's satisfaction

Problem with siding job. Tried for 2 weeks to contact company and company is refusing to return calls or emails.Contracted with Amos Exteriors in summer of 2013 due to hail damage to home. Among other things, Amos put siding on front of home. We now have dark liquid dripping from under siding around garage. Could not get a hold of Amos so got a quote from another company that said the house did not get a house wrap under siding or proper flashing and problem will move to all windows and doors soon. Other company said nails are rusted underneath. I just want Amos to return my emails and calls so we can get this resolved. We were told my Amos that is we ever had any issues to contact them and they will make it right. My immediate problem is getting them to contact me back.Desired SettlementFirst to contact me back, then to figure out how to correct the problem, whether it needs to redo the siding job or not.Business Response Company states that consumer was calling the salesperson with concerns, but this person no longer worked for the company, thus company management was not aware of the issues until the complaint was filed with Revdex.com. Company states they went to the home, identified the problem and have corrected it. They feel that they have now resolved all the concerns.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)I first contacted the original salesperson with no response. Figured he may no longer work there so I emailed [redacted] personally with no response. Filled out a quote on the website with no call back. Called the company phone number on their website four times with no pick-up or unable to leave message. Fifth time calling was able to leave voicemail to call me back but never got a response. Company only called me after receiving their Second Notice of Revdex.com complaint. Revdex.com complaint was filed ONLY to get a response from company. All I wanted was communication. Company did come out and fixed a flashing over garage that was not installed properly causing water to run under siding and causing mold, which then dripped down garage trim and driveway. Workman was very courteous and knowledgeable and fixed it promptly after coming out and assessing problem.
