Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:Either you are lying to better your name or you really don't have a clue as to what happen! First off I had made a phone order for pick up and was spoken to very disrespectfully by one of your employees! When I went
to pick up my food I was verbally assaulted and being harassed by one of your employees! None of my co- workers were there! I had an arbitration hearing with my union representatives, my companies representatives, and also someone representing the airport! Amoura cafe has there own independent surveillance system and was not used for evidence in this case, due to no voice recognition what's so ever and very unlegible camera footage not being able to see anyone in the background or to see any hostile actions being taken! If you saw and heard the footage like you say, you would definetly hear and see how unprofessional, disrespectfull, and lack of customer service displayed by your employee! And we wouldn't be having this issue! My company general manager had admitted to having to know your employee for several years, that's why she was able to contact my manager and make complaint so easy and have her fellow employees lie for her! After several attempts to file a complaint with your company, I was given a run around, no call backs what so ever, and the people I did speak to didn't seem to care at all! I never once disrespected or cursed at your employee! She had no reason to speak or treat me that way! I'm also still employeed with my company to this date! After reviewing all the evidence and speaking with all the witness I was found not guilty and was proven your employee had made a complaint and your companies negeligance to not conducting a proper investigation as to what happen! I have been an employee at the airport for years never experienced anything like this! Not only am I an employee but I'm also a customer! Customer service is the airports number one priority! Not only are we representing the airport and our company, but the city of San Francisco also! Hope your company takes the necessary steps to insure that all of your employees have acceptional customer service skills and are truthfull and honest to avoid any further complaints like this! Hopefully no one will have to experience what I went thru at your restaraunt!!!

Was treated and spoken to very rudely by an employee at amouras cafe! Tried to make complaint and gave me a run around! Finally after two weeks I got a hold of the owner and he kept it short as possible and didn't seem to care about what I had to say!

 It is obvious from your message that you don't care about the customer service being provided by your employees and that one customers feed back doesn't matter to you! I'm sure I explained throughly in the last message my complaint and concern! But you insist on assuming I have an issue with my employer! I have not once complained to you about my employer! So I really don't know what your saying or suggesting! I filed a customer service complaint with your company and have been mistreated all the way up to this point! It is very sad and shows your character as an individual and a business man! I feel very disgusted by your demeanor and comments! Hopefully not only your employees but yourself will try to improve your hospitality and customer service! Also have a staff that you can trust to tell you the truth including your management!!
