Amoury Commons Apartments

The Leasing promised to paint the apartment unit, replace and steam clean carpet, and fix the heating system since [redacted] the date I moved in the unit. Even though I requested the abovementioned work multiple times, they failed to comply. The last time the manager contacted me, she informed that the work on this unit was scheduled to be done on [redacted] yet they failed to do so. The carpets are filthy, and some sections need to be replaced. I took it upon myself to begin the cleaning process, but this is not my responsibility.Desired SettlementComplete the work that was supposed to be completed 60 days ago.
