I am rejecting this response because:The notes from Andy are inaccurate at bestThe following items were left undone when he stopped showing up at our project:Finish electrical - hanging fixtures, places switches, etc.Redo plumbing / rehang toiletAll painting - they left it primedReframe closet doorInstall closet doorInstall pocket doorFinish wall in master closetFix tub plumbing issueRe-drywall holes in our ceiling in our living room created by his teamInstall trim, etc.Remove remaining remodeling debrisThe last time Andy was in our home was September We tried to reach him many times about these fix items and at the end of November, he finally sent the plumberI followed up many times (and can provide documentation proving it) to find out when he was going to finish the jobSince it appeared he was not going to, we contracted a plumber for some of the stuff and my husband completed the restOur goal of this Revdex.com complaint was not to get anything from Andy by way of settlement - your site forced me to put that inWe want it documented with the Revdex.com that he had a contract that he did not fulfill and was unresponsiveThe entire experience was awful and I wanted that documentedWhile there are things he should pay for and be responsible for but at this point, it is not worth it to usHis offer will not cover what we needed to spend.Please let me know if you have questions Regards, [redacted] & [redacted]

Revdex.com called business spoke with Andy P***He stated he spoke with consumers about their request for a refund of $1,(as payment for plumbing work not completed)Andy said he would be open to paying consumer $1,as payment in full and closure of the matter, however consumers
would be required to first submit their actual out of pocket costs to complete plumbing workThe repairs would need to reflect only work outlined in their contract with Andy P***. Andy stated consumers told him they would think about it and he has not heard anything more from consumers

We tried to reach him many times about these fix items and at the end of November, he finally sent the plumber. I followed up many times (and can provide documentation proving it) to find out when he was going to finish the job. Since it appeared he was not going to, we contracted a plumber for some of the stuff and my husband completed the rest. Our goal of this Revdex.com complaint was not to get anything from Andy by way of settlement - your site forced me to put that in.
