Review: On 12/12/14 I received an "invoice" parking violation on my vehicle. The number is [redacted].

On this date my normal ABM parking lot was full , of which a monthly pass has been purchased . I asked the attendant ( companies representative ) what I should do , he proceeded to tell me that I could park directly across the street in the other ABM parking lot and that would be fine ( same company).

I have tried to talk with the ABM customer service , but have been unsuccessful getting them to understand that there has been an error. I have since asked that I be connected with the branch manager , but am still waiting to hear from her. The pass I have is a FULL MONTH pass. The company representative told me where to park and yet I have a "violation invoice" ?? Why would I get this when they told me to park there?

There are also other errors on this ABM parking violation notice . They say they are ticketing a BLUE Vehicle............my car is not blue. They say that it is a Honda 4 door..........my car is not a Honda 4 door.

I'm not sure what to think about this problem as I have never had this happen before. I do know that I can contact the FTC , Attorney General , ABM corporate office , City of Spokane, etc but I do not want to cause problems , I just want them to do the right thing. Can someone please contact me?

The parking lot that AMB Parking has "determined" not be to full on the day in question WAS full and is the closest parking location to my place of employment. It does not make sense that one would park further away from their destination, if there was not a need to do so.

I can very well see why the gentleman in question would not want to come forward with the fact that he ( the company representative) instructed me to park in the other lot , for fear of losing his job.

It seems to be a bit shady with regards to their company representative instructing me to park in the other lot and then they slap me with a ticket. I have written a letter to both the Attorney General and the FTC in regards to this practice. I will be mailing these letters out on Wednesday February 11th, 2015. I also plan to go to the coporate office with the complaint, as well as starting a complaint website for the company online.

This is not how a reputable company would treat their customers. Whether the amount was $28 or $48 irelevant, as it is entrapment either way.

I have since paid the citation under diress , as to not have my credit affected as threatened by AMB. However I will continue to fight what I feel was a form of entrapment. If ABM would like to contact me they can do so through the email address provided previously to them. The person they have called has no relation to me and I am unsure to whom they left a message with. I never received any phone message from ABM.

The phone number that we tried to contact [redacted] at was the one he included in his original email complaint to the Revdex.com. I will be sending him an email in order to try and personally speak with him in order to determine who instructed him to park in another lot particularly when the lot he has purchased a pass for has not been full since earlier in the fall and we can confirm this based on the availability for all of our monthly parkers. I also want to find out how he communicated with our office since I never received a message to contact him prior to this complaint. Hopefully we will be able to resolve this issue when I can speak with him personally.
