Thank you for your original purchase, as well as, submitting your complaint
In response to your complaint, please note the following key points as to why we made our original decision:
At the time of your purchase we
discouraged the use of this product for use on real firearms and stated that it was meant for Airsoft use only, not real firearm use These replicas are not designed to hold zero on fire arms, which was your intended use Our sales rep even mentioned upon being told that you were utilizing it for a .22, that we would not advise it, but it may hold a zero for a little while, but inevitably could loose zero after a short amount of use (Our sales reps even recall that your friend who was with you advised against it.) Even after being told this information, you insisted on purchasing this product To further back our claim up, you even mentioned that it worked on your for the first day out and then after storing it, it no longer held a zero as we had forewarned.
This product once again is not advertised to work on real fire arms and is simply a replica meant for Airsoft rifles
The product was returned outside of our day return policy (Which is consistent with other retailers in our industry) This policy is in place to prevent customers from "buying, trying, and returning"
Our staff listened to your complaint and then cited our policy After researching and talking with those present during the original purchase and specifically noting that we advised against using it for your purpose, we decided that we would not warrant a return This is also due to the scope being mounted and used on your real firearm evident by the fact that you told us it was no longer holding a zero due to it being used in a manner not meant to be used.
Despite all of the above factors against your return, I will still authorize a return for you outside of our policy as long as you pay a restocking fee of 20% upon inspection of the product to ensure that no damage has been done All original packaging must be present and in new sell-able/use-able condition

Review: Gave me a product that did not work as advertised,would not issue a return due to extremely short return policy. My complaint was not listened to at all all they did was cite "policy".Desired Settlement: I would just like a refund, I would even be willing to pay a restocking fee if needed.
