First of all they did not return my calls. I had to call another company *** Home Improvement to come and repair my siding as first it was dangling and then it fell off and the weather was getting worseI needed it fixed before the whole side of the house fell off. They took packages of door hanging kits from my garage - I bought kits for the doors they were supposed to install which they never did. I hired them in September and was supposed to have all the work done by thanksgiving. Repeatedly I called them and they never called back. I went to Hawaii for days in October and left them a voice message that my son would be living at my house and leave them access during my absence. they never showed up. Even when I got back they promised to come the next day to work on my house and never showed up again. I paid them a $deposit for all the work they were supposed to doInstead, they ruined my siding where they cut a hole to install insulation and then ruined my ceiling in my bedroom where they claim a fan fell through the ceiling. Again, I had to pay another company $to fix the siding and another company $to repair my bedroom ceiling. Attached is the receipt and a copy of my check to *** Home Improvement for the repair of the siding. I only have my cancelled check for the repair of the ceiling and am waiting for a receipt from Textured Ceilings and Paint. It actually is a retired business owner doing jobs with his grandson so he just gave me a verbal estimate and accepted my check upon job completion
