RevDex.com: I ended up writing the Legal Office for Amped Wireless, which either that or your inquiry, drove them to contact me.... They basically told me to reconfigure the router, advice that would have been helpful 2 months ago and before I disconnected the product and replaced it with something that's working fine. There is no way for me to know whether their new advice would have solved the problem.

contact himWe have reviewed this complaint and here are our findings1. Customer called on 06/to troubleshoot the deviceNo RMA was setup at this time to allow the device to be tested2. Customer called on 06/and stated that the device still isn’t working properlyAn RMA link was sent to the customer which the customer filled outOnce we received the customer’s information, an email with the RMA instructions was sent to the customer with instructions on how to exchange the unit3. purchase price. I'm still out the tax I paid for this thing but I'm not going to split hairs over 10 bucks at this point. It's just par for the course dealing with this company. They will never address the fact that they lied to consumers regarding this product. For the lousy 10 bucks they've just made sure I never buy from them again and I'll be sure to let everyone I meet at every trade show I go to that they should never buy from Amped Wireless.
