These people definitely have a real issue with customer service.
Placed an order for two switches, paid, payment was approved.
Then received an email from them stating the order was being placed on hold because apparently they don't like having to deal with returns, and seeing two switches purchased
is a big warning flag of some sort. They said the order would not be process until I acknowledged that they do not accept returns. I sent them an email back telling them Yes, I did purchase two switches and to get them built and delivered. Holding up this order was a waste of time. Later that day, they cancelled the order.
I'll point out that NOWHERE on their website do they state not to purchase anymore than one switch, or that there is a limit of one switch per customer.
So. Anyone thinking of buying from these is, ask yourself a question. If the company you are buying from is that hung up on returned merchandise, obviously they must get ALOT of returns and have NO confidence in the quality of their product.

I am rejecting this response because: Their justification for refusing to honor my valid purchase(s) is totally without merit. The exchanged emails attached to my cover letter to the Revdex.com document the fact that they suffered no financial loss due to my complaints (which were NOT about their products, or pricing) nor did they suffer any public embarrassment since my comments to them were in direct emails and NOT via any public or social media. They are simply discriminating against me for the sole reason that they can't tolerate criticism of any sort

We did not refund the purchase due to any of the following...the customer's age, disability, gender, marital status, physical features, political beliefs, race, religious beliefs, or personal association with any of the previous listed characteristicsThe refund was processed due to the customer's email messages stating their heightened level of dissatisfaction with our website performance, design, shipping options and processesOnce the refund was processed, the customer sent an email with the following abusive comment in regards to our business practices....The *** "Soup Nazi" episode comes to mind: "No switches for you, one year."

I am rejecting this response because:It is intuitively obvious that the person who nullified my legal and valid attempt to purchase a publicly offered product was behaving very much in the manner of the fictional "soup nazi" character in the *** comedy program; specifically, withholding "service" in a childish, petulant manner due to some minor perceived slight. None of the company products were criticized, nor was the company pricing policy questioned. I expressed valid opinions regarding the ease-of-use of the company website: having to register and a "dead" shipping option feature. I also later expressed serious concern about the company listing my password in an email. No other online business in my experience has ever done anything like that; it was totally out of order. When I attempted to NOT use the company website and instead make the purchase of the needed item on ***, the company spitefully quashed that legal and valid transaction too. "No switches for you."i
