Amphora Diner

Had dinner with a friend Monday evening, May 23, 2016 at about 8pm. My bill came to $41.02. I left a $5 tip at the table. At the register I gave the man in black two 20s and a 10. He asked if I had the .02 so. I gave him the .02. He handed me my receipt with all singles on top. I stuffed the change with the receipt into my pocket. When I got home I realized the cashier had intentionally shorted me by two dollars. I had 7 singles instead of the 9 he said he was giving me. While this transaction was going on I remember another man standing next to the cashier watching as if he were learning how to steal money from the customers. The meal was wonderful. But on my return I will make sure I count my change before leaving the register. They are stealing from customers at the register a dollar or two at a time.
