Thank You for forwarding this complaint to us, for the record we have not received this complaint which is usually sent to us by postal mail Appreciate you giving us an opportunity to share our part regarding the below complaintWe have worked with the consumer mentioned below to provide a list that was mutually agreed by via a signed Insertion Order which clearly details our terms of agreement which included the interpreted criteria for the list , price and data guaranteesOn delivery of the list, the consumer came back claiming that the supplied list does not meet his expectation , we reviewed the entire list again at no cost to the consumer and found that the list delivered to consumer and the interpreted list criteria agreed was as per the signed Insertion Order and meet the contractual requirementsThe consumer continued to claim the list still does not meet his expectations and demanded a refundThe consumer was asked to refer the signed Insertion Order between both parties and the terms of agreement We also offered to the consumer to supply with him with the new list at no cost if he came back with new set of criteria for the list however there has been no response to this Please let us know if you want us to provide us with the copy of the acknowledged Insertion order for your referenceLook forward to this complaint closed basis what has been shared above Regards [redacted] [redacted] * [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]

Hi , we are in receipt of your compliant with a reference number *** dated 8/11/As an internal process to respond to such complaints, we have scanned our entire records to trace back this transactions with
the details provided in the letter however we do not seem have records having dealt with this Customer Name and Organization representing all the contact details mentioned in the letterWe have attempted calling the Customer's telephone number mentioned in the letter however this has been futileWe would request your office to please ask the complainant to send us details of this transaction claiming to be an issue and we will have it addressed and resolved immediatelyRegards *** ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
We noticed that this matter has been closed as having being resolved when in fact it has not been resolved
I have attached the e-mail correspondence between the companies so you can see the details as well as the contract which also clearly states titles in “safety and purchasing”
Also attached is what they actually sent us - less than 5% of the contacts promised had safety or purchasing titles which means they missed their brief or contract commitment to us by 95%
Can you kindly change the status of the matter as it has not been resolved

I have had a worst experience buying data from this company. Such type of companies should not exist what they proclaim. Never ever no one got back neither through emails nor on phone. Nobody responds the call and emails. I need my $500 back.

We are in receipt of your letter dated 10/28/2014 with complaint ID [redacted].
 
Our response earlier to this complaint stands vindicated with the copy of the contract sent by the customer. The list supplied to the customer was exactly as mentioned in the signed contract, we have verified this and shared the response to the customer which he continues to disagree.
 
I have attached an acknowledged copy of the contract signed by the customer which is not the one received by your office.
 
Look forward to close this as amicably as possible. Our offer to supply him with a fresh list at no cost stills stands.

Review: Purchased a list of marketing executives in Toronto for $700. Was told that the list would be sent after the payment was wired. It has now been a week, and none of the people I was in touch with are responding to my phone calls and emails. There has been no follow up.Desired Settlement: I want the money I wired, refunded to me (including all transaction fees I incurred).

Yes we did receive an email from Hammed asking for the list to be delivered and unfortunately this was sent during the holiday season on 12/27/13. A response to this mail was sent to [redacted] on 12/30/2013 assuring that the list will be delivered on 1/2/2014 which was duly acknowledged by [redacted] after the list was delivered and received by [redacted] on 1/2/2014. The customer had also confirmed that he will now withdraw the complaint which now is unfortunately is reported on your site. If you could please share your email address, I would be happy to share the above communications in resolving this as quickly as possible. Look forward to your response. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Review: Ample Business Solutions totally misrepresented their offer to provide a marketing list. The list they provided did not meet the brief. They then offered to update the list to meet the brief, which they never did. We requested a refund which they declined and then stated that as far as they were concerned that they had met the brief (even though they offered to update the list....) Totally unprofessional with no warranty on the quality of their information or services.Desired Settlement: A full refund of the $ 1000 paid.

Review: I ordered the list from this company, I was in constant with andy jones, after I do online transfer of money as they compelled me to do, after transferring the money he never picked the call neither returned my mail back.. nor delivered the list. ITS A FRAUD COMPANY DONT BUY ANY LIST OR ANY SERVICES FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE FRAUD.

AND THIS COMPANY IS BLACK LISTEDDesired Settlement: Want the complete money back which I have transfered and to black list the company
