Unfortunately - even if we applied the days - when he called to inquire about the return on 3/22, he was days too late to return the hearing aidsThe manufacturer agent stated the latest date to return the aids was 3/14/17, therefore at this time - we are unable to allow the return for creditIf the patient has any additional questions - he can certainly reach me at ###-###-####.Thank you,Bao ***Client Services Manager

Our Director of Operations, Jake [redacted] , called [redacted] and spoke with him on 4/19/Jake was able to provide [redacted] with four locations in his area that he could go to in order to get his hearing evaluation that are in network with Amplifon Hearing Health Care and are also in network with his insurance carrierJake advised [redacted] that he may not be able to utilize both his Amplifon Hearing Health Care benefit and his health plan benefit as Amplifon Hearing Health Care does not work with his insurance carrier [redacted] has Jake’s direct phone number if he needs any further assistance Thank you, Bao ***

I am rejecting this response because:As I explained in my original complaint; the only reason I agreed to proceed with the purchase was that I was assured on the phone by Tammy, the  customer rep that I would have 90 day trial to evaluate and send back for a refund if not satisfied.  I explained this during all my calls to Amplifon many times. I suggest they listen to my phone conversations with Tammy during December of 2016 and stop reneging on their promises and stand by their product and services.! I am now poised and ready to take this matter to the highest court possible if I don't get any satisfaction!Sincerely[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because all they are doing is making excuses. Again, it does not state ANYWHERE on their website the quote couldn't be an online quote, has to be from a professional, has to contain all the benefits, programming, fitting and whatever else they can think of to not price match the hearing aids.   Take a look at the website and please show me where it has all these disclaimers.  What it says on Amplifon's website is:  "If you find the same hearing aid at a lower price, we'll beat it by 5%".  I have sent THREE quotes to Amplifon: two online quotes from HearStore.com and BuyHear.com showing you the exact hearing aids I'm wanting to purchase. I've also sent price quote sheet to Amplifon from Chisholm Trail Hearing, who is a professional audiologist and one of Amplifon's providers.  This sheet came from Dr. [redacted] (from Chisholm Trail Hearing) herself.  All I want is for Amplifon to honor their ad.
