When I was put into contact with one of their customer service agents, *** *** He took care of the order There were some shipment mixups a few times but he has done his part to get it corrected
I appreciate his efforts and appreciate his efforts to get us the products we ordered even if they weren't in a timely manner at least they finally responded and took action after I made the complaint

I read the above statement.

Review: company received our purchase order in September of 2014. The company shipped a partial on September [redacted] 2014 but invoiced for the complete order on 9/*/14. We contacted the company and a representative gave us a ship date for the completion of thier product of October [redacted] 2014 and as of today, October [redacted] nothing has been received. On October [redacted] I spoke with a representative and was told they were trying to get the items shipped to us but was not given tracking information. Today, they will not return my phone calls nor another employee who tried to contact them.Desired Settlement: We are looking for an invoice for the items we have received if they are unable to produce the product.
