Good Afternoon, The consumer reached out to us via email on Monday, February 6, 2017. We replied back on Friday, February10,2017 at 2:56 PM with an apology and we requested a shipping address so that we could send replacement product to correct the error. We never received a reply from the...
consumer. We tried to call the consumer at the phone number you provided us with but it is not a working number. We have reached back out via email today, Wednesday, February, 22nd requesting to verify the correct shipping address so that we can be sure to send replacement product to make things right.
