*** *** Subject: Granite setlement Mr***, I've been trying to contact you, yesterday and today (10-19-) I left message in your phone ( 281-547-) but it was not a respond, My name is Jose ***, I was not involved in this sale and the person ( *** ) that closed this sale was not under my supervision, unfortunate She no longer work for this company, however, since my name is mention in this dispute I had been talking to the owners, for them to take care of this matter and I finely got approve to for ***'S GRANITE pay Mr.*** *** the amount of $ 1,325.47, just need to know how we are going to do this, we will require a written receive from Mr *** Again, on ***'s granite behalf, accept our apology on this misshapen that went out of control, we are not in the business of leaving unsatisfied customers but in this case, it was not in my hands Thank you Jose *** Sales Manager ***’s Granite *** ** *** **

Dear Revdex.com,this is in reponse to your E-mail of 09-19-16, first let me explain : My name is Jose *** and am also a sales person for ***'s Granite,Mr*** is not my client, He was assign to *** *** and they both close that agreement, I ask *** about this matter and She
says that when they finish the Granite installation the client check the job and even told installers thanks for a job well done and He paid off the 50%balance on the proposal, after days Mr*** call complain about a Back splash being not well installed, they try to convince him to replace itbut for some reason they could not agree with Mr *** in how to do that, I don't have all the details about this I wish you could direct thiscomplain to Jose ***, owner of Saucerdos Granite. I'll be happy to assist you in case there is no response, I don't want this problem to damage the Image I have with my own clients Thank you Jose ***
