I ordered quite a bit of jewelry from this company after seeing it advertised on the Today show I got my jewelry but unfortunately was unable to open it right away By the time I opened it, I was quite disappointed with one set of the jewelry and another set didn't work size wise I explained quite clearly that I was unable to open my box sooner but that didn't matter to this company They are unwilling to exchange my merchandise that I was disappointed with nor are they willing to exchange the merchandise that didn't work

Review: I purchased a jewlery item - earrings from their website using promotional code provided by the company. With the promotional codes and discounts, the total was $0. They are refusing to send me the item and have cancelled the order. I have an emailed copy of confirmation of my order and then received a call not an email saying that they would not fulfill the order and wanted me to be pay $14.95 plus shipping The promotional code that they sent offered $15 off and free shipping the item was listed for $12.
