AMS Carpet Cleaning

I had my carpet in the living room, in my hallway, on the basement stairs and a few spots in my mom's room done...well that is what I asked for a quote for. I was given a very reasonable quote and [redacted] worked with me to make sure I was getting the best deal. I chose the date and time and was surprised that they work every day of the week and are available all day and evening. They showed up and were very friendly and professional. They didn't mind my three dogs barking...and they didn't get upset when my son ran back and forth on the carpet while they were working. When they went to do the spot in my mom's room, she was resting in bed. My mom is very sick and is dying of cancer and COPD. We had a small area we needed done in there. We were talking about my mom's illness and [redacted] said "I want to make sure your mom's room is clean" and said cleaning the carpet would help with animal dander and other allergens and help her breathe. They also had to spray a little extra in some areas because my carpet was pretty dirty. After all was done, all the spots were gone that we were worried wouldn't come out. Even our stairs to the basement came clean that had car oil and dirt on it from shoes and carrying stuff in and out of the house. I was surprised to see that he did extra in my mom's room. He went all the way around her bed and washed the carpet that was exposed. Needless to say my mom was very happy. My dad came home and was impressed. And I wasnt charged wxtra for the extra time they spent making sure it was clean and the extra area they did in my moms room. We will definitely be hiring them again and will be asking them to come more than once a year. I am going to be recommending them to all my friends and family.

AMS did a fantastic job cleaning our carpeting. With 3 kids and 2 dogs we never thought our carpet could look that great! They were prompt and professional, and we couldn't be more pleased with the job that they did. They even had a treat for our pups! I would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again!

AMS carpet cleaning was on time and very friendly. They pretreated some areas of our carpet that had old, worn-in stains. The carpets had not been cleaned in 5 years...so were quite dirty. Looks good, very clean! Would use in the future and recommend to others.
