I met with the homeowner upon the original complaint and informed him that the the landscape block he reported as damaged was simply old, degraded and in disrepair This matter was brought to the Board of Trustees who did their own inspection and agreed that the garage door was not damaged due
to Meticulous Landscaping and that the landscape block was at the end of it's useful life and not a result of damage This complaint has no basis in the truth
I am attaching a letter from the Board of Trustees, *** *** *** *** clearly stating that there is no merit to the complaintThank you

I am rejecting this response because:That letter is dated for yesterday and is fictitious since the original complaint was filed in the summer. What's more, the [redacted] community has never been in contact with us so that we could meet, observe and discuss the damage together. Failure to make payment will result in a small claims lawsuit for all damages which include the garage door, landscaping and extensive siding damage throughout the bottom perimeter of the house.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:There has been absolutely no response to our claims and none from the board of trustees. Their statements are lies and have failed to respond to 3 registered letters. The garaged door was in fact damaged by one of the lawn mowers and can be proven by lining up a mower with the damage on the door. the landscaping blocks were pushed down and run over and damaged by the lawn mowers also. What difference does it make that they are older if they get run over and damaged? Pay the amount for the patio blocks or we will take them to small claims court for all damages to house which includes not only the garage door but multiple strikes to aluminum siding from mowers and weed wackers.
