Took my vehicle in to be inspected for a noise coming from the rear suspension I was told it would be $to repair a part, so I gave them permission to do the work The following day when I went to pick up my vehicle, Sparks had replaced brakes and tires without my permission They refused to take the new parts off my car and insisted I owed them $ I am a retired Korean vet living on a fixed income and stated several times I could not afford this bill I ended up paying with a credit card just to get my car back
I rented a car from [redacted]. Worst experience ever. Tire had a nail in it. Had to get the spare put on and then find an [redacted] close to me. I called and they said they had plenty of cars I would be fine. I get there in an hour and suddenly no cars!!! They send me to Sparks Computerized car care. They couldn't fix it or have the tire I need because it was a special order tire. The man who I was working with called around got me a tire and finally about to go home. I know they have a contract with [redacted] and he will get paid back but he pulled out his own credit card and put the new tire on his. He didn't have to do that. Such a sweet man. Also while waiting in the waiting area some other customers said they wouldn't trust anyone else. If I was from Muncie, I know I wouldn't take my vehicle any other place! He was so sweet, calming and informative. Thank you Spark!
