Review: April 30th I was contacted and told they were notified to assist with a mortgage modification even gave Attorney Case #[redacted], asked for 3 checks totally $2995.00 asked to make Checks Payable to: AMS Legal Group and provide the most recent utility bill as the servicing lender is going to need proof this is an owner occupied property. Each check was to be post dated 30 days apart. The name of the individual I dealt with identified themselves as [redacted], I also dealt with a [redacted]; all documents came from client document.com. [redacted] identified herself as the Case Manager and provided two phone numbers [redacted] ext. [redacted] and [redacted].. I continued to follow up and a third person became involved [redacted]. They would either indicate they didn't receive the documents and I again would send them or they would inquire as to which fax number I sent them to. On June 17th I received another email from a [redacted] indicating she was one of the assistants of the processor and indicated additional items such as pages of direct expenses, application affidavit, clarification of Line 3 of the 4506-T and a bank statement of all income of the borrower for the last two months and 30 days paycheck stub was needed.Desired Settlement: I am currently on social security/disability and fell behind on my mortgage due to health issues not only with myself but also my teenage daughter. I now have to go to court to get this situation rectified so I do not lose my home. I would like the $2995.00 returned to me so that I can move on from this horrible experience.

Review: ON APRIL 02,2015 I SIGN A CONTRACT WITH AMS LEGAL GROUP FOR THEIR SERVICES ON OBTAINING A LOAN MODIFICATION FROM MY MORTGAGE COMPANY I WAS BEHIND ON MY LOAN SO I HIRED AMS LEGAL GROUP TO GET ME A PERMANENT LOAN MODIFICATION TODAY I RECEIVED THE LETTER FROM MY LENDER SAYING THAT THE MODIFICATION WILL ONLY BE FOR 2 YEARS AFTER THAT MY PAYMENTS WILL GO BACK TO WHAT IT WAS I PAID AMS LEGAL $ 2,995.00 FOR THEIR SERVICES THINKING THAT THEY WOULD DELIVER ON WHAT THEY PROMISED ME BUT THEY DIDN'T SO I WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND OF MY $ 2,995.00 FROM AMS LEGAL GROUP.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND SO THAT I CAN HIRE ANOTHER COMPANY TO TAKE CARE OF MY MATTER SO THAT I WONT LOSE MY HOME
