I am stunned at how badly this company runs and is still in business. Dozens of negative reviews. Here is one more. Currently the HOA is refusing to follow cc&r rules and regulations and have failed to file an insurance claim for my property preventing my own property insurance to l move forward until they receive letter of denial.
They have ignored my emails , bullied me, harassed me and banned me from calling writing or communicating with the company I pay dues to.
This is still going on and I am hoping something can be done. This home is my lifetime savings and investment. I am a single mother of a child with special needs and I am terrified by this situation.
Please dismiss the complaint received from R [redacted] M [redacted] as the issue has been resolved, MrM [redacted] requested video footage from our office of the cameras that provide access control for the gates to the property due to his car being stolen on 5/10/Our office was contacted 5/10/by Mr Marino to report his car stolen and the video footageOn 5/11/we instructed him to contact the tow company first in case it was towed due to being parked inappropriatelyHe instructed us his car bad not been towed but stolenWe offered to have the video footage pulled from the onsite DVRWe explained the cost would be around and we would need to be paid upfront for the serviceMrM [redacted] agreed and stated he would be by to pay the fee since he needed to provide the video to the police to aid in the recovery of his uninsured vehicleOn 5/13/I followed up with him via email for more details and to see if he still wanted the videoHe came in later that afternoon and paid the so the video could be pulledOn 5/18/we scheduled for personnel to go onsite and watch the video feed for several hours to find when the incident occurredThey were unable to retrieve anything after being their several hoursOn 5/19/personnel returned onsite to continue to watch the video footageThe incident was found and saved to a thumb driveMrM [redacted] was emailed a copy of the footageOn 5/MrM [redacted] stated he could not view the footage with his personal computer and came by the office where we played him the footage.As for his requested settlement, we feel MrM***s claim against us was made out of emotional anger and frustration due to the situation he was inWe took all the necessary action to assist him and completed the task within business daysHe paid which was not what the actual cost should have been as there were two personnel members on site for twelve hours to review and retrieve the videoThis cost should have been $($45x12x2) and we didn’t ask for any additional money to surrender the videoThe cameras were approved and installed per the Board of Directors of The Anacapa Walk Homeowners Association that he resides withinIf he was interested in the kind of cameras and the costs he could have attended the meeting over months ago when the cameras were discussed and approved.It is not for AMS Realty, Incto provide any further explanation to this ownerIf he wishes to know more about the Association he should attend his monthly Board meeting with homeowners who are encouraged to attend.Sincerely,S [redacted] ***Community Manager
