AMS Towing

A Express Hauling brought in their Stricklland trailer for inoperable marker lights and when headlights on tractor are on brake lights and blinkers do not work on Feb7, 2017. Our shop does not do appointments it is first come first serve, so as soon as there was an open bay
the technician pulled the truck and trailer in. We have a professional drivers lounge that the companies driver was aloud to wait in while repairs are being done (see attached photos) he did not have to wait outside. Once the truck and trailer were pulled into the shop the technician started with checking all fuses, when none were found blown he began replicating the companies complaint to start testing electrical harness and lights for any shorts. The company informed the service writer that they had to pick up a load and did not have a lot of time to spend in the shop, she advised them that it was not a simple repair i.efuse or marker light out. It was turning into an extensive electrical diagnostic which in tells following detailed schematic charts for diagnostics. A Express Hauling was given the options to continue with diagnostic or pay what was due up until then and take the tractor and trailer to make the load pick up time.
