To whom it may concern,Mr [redacted] did contact us for a service call so we sent out a technicianHe does not have a cleanout so by the time he used multiple machines to get the drain open and completed the job it took nearly 1/hours to get it drainingDuring the processes of opening the drain it messed up one of our cables that cost over $We did recommend that he have a clean out installed to get the drain open properlyOur office tried to contact Mr [redacted] to give him a free estimate for installing a clean out however he still has never returned our callsPrior to Mr [redacted] contacting you he also placed a stop payment on his check that he wroteWe have tried to be in contact with him for this however he is not respondingI am not sure if he is aware but once you sign a check if you stop payment after you have received services that is considered check fraudIf Mr [redacted] does not contact us soon in regards to payment we will have to make a police report for check fraudAs far as any job is concernNo matter what kind of job you do when you are paid hourly and working you get paid from start to finishOur technicans are paid the same from the time they leave the office until the job is complete that is how they are paidWe do NOT pay by percentage like some of the other companiesThank you,Roy

I am rejecting this response because: the brand is listed on my tankThe tank may be older but a knowledgeable professional like the one I hired after would have caught the problem and repaired it immediatelyIn the same amount of time it took for their so called technician to tell me all was lost and to get a new tank, the other service was able to diagnose and fix my problem in minutes of entering my home If their employee was skilled as they say he should have been able to fix it as well and I shouldn't have had to call a second service Regards, [redacted] ***
