Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I never made any personal treats what so ever I only said if you read the pdf's that "I hope karma catches up with you and your family and something really terrible happens and you suffer greatly!" that is just being mad and hoping that the person who wronged you has "Karma" make them suffer like they made me suffer giving me a full refund and all when it was never asked for! I only wanted compensation for the ruined day and last year they always had one run open at the top so why the difference this yearNo I really think they wronged the entire publicThe mountain is for everyone not just racers [redacted] ***

Tuesday, November 21, 2017, Mr*** contacted our call center upset about information for a trail closure not being posted on our websiteWhen the call center staff tried to address this complaint, Mr*** proceeded to use profane languageThe call was escalated to a supervisorMr***
proceeded to treat the Supervisor poorly as well to the point that the call center supervisor was not able to address Mr***'s complaint and requested Mr*** to calm down so they could address the issue otherwise, due to the treatment of the Supervisor, the Supervisor was going to hang up and didMr*** also sent a subsequent email on November 21, (attached) with again, more profanityA Revdex.com review was also submitted with similar language and irritation and a request for a refundThis was done per MrBurke's request, the information was corrected on the website and a confirmation letter was sent to MrBurke with the full refund of his season pass and parking pass, to the dollar amount disputed in this complaintMr*** sent several other consecutive emails (attached) inclusive of personal threats to employee Jean M***She responded (attached)Several more emails came through (attached) with vulgar language and perceived anger to the point that Mr*** has been trespassed from the resort and the sheriff's office has been contacted do to personal threat to the staff memberAdditional correspondence and recorded phone calls may be reviewed at your request, but we have addressed the complaint of inaccurate information and provided the customer a refundWe consider this matter closed

Basic is offered throughout the EDGE building which is part of the basic utilities providedcapacity was almost doubled in late November to help accommodate the increase in number of residents at no additional cost to the residentSimilar to other buildings with at Copper,
basic is not dedicated, so usage can lull and spike based upon the number of individuals using the system as well as their level of usage (e.gstreaming vs basic internet search)In addition to the service provided in the EDGE building, complimentary usage of hard wired computers is also provided to all residents and guests in the lobbyResidents also have the option to upgrade their service to a dedicated service at their discretion

Dear Revdex.com, We received this compliant directly from the guest and responded to him twice outlining our policies on the Resort Surcharge and drink specialsAlthough we stick by our policies, we will refund his credit card $as he requested based on the fact that our restaurant
