Let me begin by saying AMSCO - A Maintenance Supply Company has been in business since AMSCO sells or more per year of the cabinet drawer inserts in question and have been doing so for yearsIn all of that time I have NEVER had an issue like thisThe customer placed his order online and you will see the attached sheet that shows the AMSCO return policyI talked with the customer and told he could return the parts with an RMA (return material authorization)I told him there would be a 25% restocking as our web site clearly statesI did not Want to hear thatWhen I asked again if he wanted the RMA number he hung up the phone.Thank you for your timeMike R

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: As the picture illustrates, the item sold does not account for the UNSEEN rails on the bottom of the product I'm a bit confused on the pronoun usage presented in the seller's submission response, so that inherently poses a problem with the return response It is the duty of a seller and/or business to sell items with descriptions (be it written or pictorial) that are accurate The item we purchased is ABSOLUTELY NOT the same as the item shown The fact that there have never been complaints is also not the top of my priority list It may be the situation that I am the only individual who has pointed out the totally inaccurate images and descriptions The item would cost is more to return than the value of the item Furthermore, the owner was one of the rudest individuals with whom I've spoken The owner's condescending response carried many undertones of unprofressionalism that shouldn't be exhibited by a business that has been operational for nearly years Let it be noted that I fully understand the return policy, but this policy would seem to apply to items that were correctly identified/labeled/described Furthermore, I do not recall any place in which I actually agreed to the company's policy The owner was absolutely unwilling to negotiate a return other than parroting the idea of issuing the said "RMA" This in no way helps to resolve the issue, as I would still be paying more money for this company's mistake and misinformation/misrepresentation Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:
As the picture illustrates, the item sold does not account for the UNSEEN rails on the bottom of the product.  I'm a bit confused on the pronoun usage presented in the seller's submission response, so that inherently poses a problem with the return response.  It is the duty of a seller and/or business to sell items with descriptions (be it written or pictorial) that are accurate.  The item we purchased is ABSOLUTELY NOT the same as the item shown.  The fact that there have never been complaints is also not the top of my priority list.  It may be the situation that I am the only individual who has pointed out the totally inaccurate images and descriptions.  The item would cost is more to return than the value of the item.  Furthermore, the owner was one of the rudest individuals with whom I've spoken.  The owner's condescending response carried many undertones of unprofressionalism that shouldn't be exhibited by a business that has been operational for nearly 20 years.  Let it be noted that I fully understand the return policy, but this policy would seem to apply to items that were correctly identified/labeled/described.   Furthermore, I do not recall any place in which I  actually agreed to the company's policy.  The owner was absolutely unwilling to negotiate a return other than parroting the idea of issuing the said "RMA".  This in no way helps to resolve the issue, as I would still be paying more money for this company's mistake and misinformation/misrepresentation.
