day each month. Tenant arrived two days after rent had been charged requesting to vacate space. Per the terms of the lease signed by the tenant, a ten-day written notice is required. As tenant did not comply with the terms of the lease, the tenant was informed that the charges would not be refundable. Given the fact that the tenant was a valued customer over the course of tenancy, and as an act of goodwill, we have decided to reimburse tenant for days unused.
