As am AMSHER client - business owner trying to collect debt -- AMSHER did not communicate with me If I wanted to know about progress on any account, I had to askI still have no clue exactly what they did to try to collect They have collected about $out of $8,on 5-clients, then turned it over to a local attorney who has done virtually nothing When I called about it, the person I talked with was somewhat clueless about how to help me and asked me to call back in a week I just wrote a letter asking for updates in hopes of closing them out Perhaps the debts were too small to be worthwhile, but if so, they should not accept them

First they keep calling my phone even after I told them Tmobile and myself were working something outThen I called and denied the settlement they keep being rude about itFinally I called to ask a simple question and got a manger she was rude and disrespectful said I was yelling and I was sick no way I was yelling my voice was shotThen she was talking down to me like I was her childI went to say something and she hung up on meI called to make a complaint against her and they said they have no department and you can't make complaints and thats my OPINION that the manager yelled and hung up on meTmobile is moving my collections to another agency and filing a complaint against them

I called amsher collections to let them know that my T-Mobile delinquent account was included in my bankruptcy discharge but they insisted that I still owe the debtI tried explaining to two different collection reps what bankruptcy entitles a person to- chapter gave me a discharge of the debtThey didn't understand me or they just wanted to give me a hard timeI just wanted the debt updated on my credit report that the debt was discharged in bankruptcy

I've already filed a complaintBut I wanted to share the terrible experience I just had with AmsherEarlier today I decided to get a Credit Karma accountWhen I was checking out my information, I saw that I had two unpaid billsI was very upset considering that I keep a record of every bill and that it's paid on timeI thought there must be a mistake so I called Amsher immediatelyThe young woman I spooke with was short at firstThat didn't bother me at allTurns out, I had two unpaid medical bills from years agoI was very upset and asked for her send me a letter via or email so I could take care of this asapShe told me noShe claimed that they already had my mailing address (which they didn't) then got very ugly and even yelled at meI was in shock! When I asked to speak with someone else, she then again told me no! Finally after demanding that she not speak to me that way, she put her manager on the phoneI could hear the young woman trash talking me in the backgroundIt was insaneShe talked to me like I had done something wrong when I was only trying to get information to take care of this debtI am still in shock about the way I was treatedI'm not a vindictive person, I really hope that young lady loses her job so she isn't able to treat anyone else that way

As am AMSHER client - business owner trying to collect debt -- AMSHER did not communicate with me. If I wanted to know about progress on any account, I had to ask. I still have no clue exactly what they did to try to collect. They have collected about $600 out of $8,000 on 5-6 clients, then turned it over to a local attorney who has done virtually nothing. When I called about it, the person I talked with was somewhat clueless about how to help me and asked me to call back in a week. I just wrote a letter asking for updates in hopes of closing them out. Perhaps the debts were too small to be worthwhile, but if so, they should not accept them.

Very harassing incessant phone calls.

First they keep calling my phone even after I told them Tmobile and myself were working something out. Then I called and denied the settlement they keep being rude about it. Finally I called to ask a simple question and got a manger she was rude and disrespectful said I was yelling and I was sick no way I was yelling my voice was shot. Then she was talking down to me like I was her child. I went to say something and she hung up on me. I called to make a complaint against her and they said they have no department and you can't make complaints and thats my OPINION that the manager yelled and hung up on me. Tmobile is moving my collections to another agency and filing a complaint against them.

They have an automated system that calls and calls and calls that simply say call us at: #### which is a toll free number. Of course, I never answer the phone with a pencil in hand, and they never spend a dime to have a person actually call.

finally googled to find them and to find this website to find a number to call

They have wrong info!!!: I have NO debts!! I've had this land line for >10 years. They have a name no where near mine or my family.

Why should I have to spend 30 minutes looking for a way to contact them. Why should I have to even call them to have them "correct" their error. Why do I have to be subjected to their automated calls.
