We have been dealing with this issue for a significant amount of time.  Due to the fact the complainant (client) is incarcerated, direct communication has been difficult at best and we've had mail returned by the prison on a couple of occasions.  We're sure this has added greatly to...

clients frustration as it has ours.
We have issued a refund for $50.00 as agreed and this has been mailed to the address the client has provided to the prison.  We sincerely hope this reaches the client and that this issue will finally be resolved.  Further, it is our request that once the refund is issued, the client indicates our good faith measures in our Revdex.com account.

Simply put, we have not attempted to contact you directly as there appears to be an issue with the mailings we've sent to the prison in the past as has been the case on now two occasions...including the mailing of your $50.00 agreed upon refund.
We mailed Cashiers Check #10177121 made payable to C[redacted] for $50.00 on July 17, 2015.  We mailed the refund to: Prisoner Inmate Family Services.Com, P.O. Box 1852/[redacted] G0[redacted]6, Pismo Beach, CA 93448 as you requested in your written correspondence.
We wish to make it very clear that Amstar has made every effort to treat you as we would any other valued client and made no judgments against you., despite your personal situation or negative comment here and in your letters to us.  We are very surprised to hear that you STILL have not received your refund despite our efforts as we felt certain that this matter was closed.  We will be checking with our Bank to see if this cashiers check was cashed.  
We cannot understand where the disconnect is at the prison and we have not had your refund returned to our offices.  We of course still wish to make this right and get the refund to you.
Since we are both very frustrated by this situation and do not wish to further aggravate it, I suggest you give us the name and address of a friend or family member you trust to receive your refund and get it to you as it appears that we will continue to have problems with the prison mail system.

Review: About 4 months ago I sent Amstar Express a sum of $175.00 to provide the duties of skip trace & service of civil documents.

Amstar has not fulfilled their contract, due to the defendant being deceased. Amstar has failed to disclose the extent of the skip-trace and also failed to refund a partial payment of $50.00 which they offered to do, for failure to serve documents to the defendant.
