We have been dealing with this issue for a significant amount of time Due to the fact the complainant (client) is incarcerated, direct communication has been difficult at best and we've had mail returned by the prison on a couple of occasions We're sure this has added greatly to clients frustration as it has oursWe have issued a refund for $as agreed and this has been mailed to the address the client has provided to the prison We sincerely hope this reaches the client and that this issue will finally be resolved Further, it is our request that once the refund is issued, the client indicates our good faith measures in our Revdex.com accountD [redacted]

Mr [redacted] , Simply put, we have not attempted to contact you directly as there appears to be an issue with the mailings we've sent to the prison in the past as has been the case on now two occasions...including the mailing of your $agreed upon refundWe mailed Cashiers Check #made payable to C [redacted] for $on July 17, We mailed the refund to: Prisoner Inmate Family Services.Com, P.OBox 1852/ [redacted] G0***6, Pismo Beach, CA as you requested in your written correspondenceWe wish to make it very clear that Amstar has made every effort to treat you as we would any other valued client and made no judgments against you., despite your personal situation or negative comment here and in your letters to us We are very surprised to hear that you STILL have not received your refund despite our efforts as we felt certain that this matter was closed We will be checking with our Bank to see if this cashiers check was cashed We cannot understand where the disconnect is at the prison and we have not had your refund returned to our offices We of course still wish to make this right and get the refund to youSince we are both very frustrated by this situation and do not wish to further aggravate it, I suggest you give us the name and address of a friend or family member you trust to receive your refund and get it to you as it appears that we will continue to have problems with the prison mail system
