Review: I asked the Dry Cleaner to dry-clean an expensive pillow which has sentimental value to me. Instead, they used a "wash and fold" service which involves putting the pillow entirely into the water. The pillow was strictly supposed to be dry-cleaned and I clearly told them to do so. As a result the pillow was ruined and the business has refused to replace it.Desired Settlement: The cost of the service was $20. Instead of paying me the full of the pillow and refunding the entire cost of the improper service ($80+$20=$100), the business merely gave me $10. Thus, I believe the business still owes me $90.
