Complaint: [redacted] ? I am rejecting this response because:Reletting fees charges according to the "final bill" states but according to the lease (attached) the reletting fee states 930.75.? I have attached the notice that came along with the bill that clearly states I had days from the date of the letter to contact them and discuss the chargesI did contact them as stated in the original complaint within the allotted time (on 2/4/18)The Bainbridge personnel refused to discuss my charges or provide the collection agency in which they turned over my debt toIn addition, in the state of Texas the law states that they are required to wait days from final bill before allowed to turn over the debt to collection agencyI was not allowed the opportunity to handle this debt with Bainbridge Villas.? The charges for Jan rent needs to be removedI didn't have a contract with Bainbridge Villas for this monthI have attached my lease.? I am requesting that the FULL deposit that I paid be credited to this debtI have attached supporting documents to show that I paid in "refundable" deposits and was only credited for 150.00? Move out date is incorrectI moved out 1/3/(one day late)I provided proper notification via their emailed survey.? I could not attach this due to only being allowed so many attachmentsI was informed by Bainbridge personnel after move out that they wouldn't consider this proper noticeI didn't know that at the time of the surveyI assumed this was why they sent the emailI can provided this documentation as wellIn addition, our apt building was treated for bed bugs three times recently prior to my move outI was not notified of this issue nor was my apt treated for the bugs as required by lawI can provide this documentation as wellDue to the unsanitary living conditions of the building was the reason the lease was not renewed.? We have been in touch with our resident [redacted] All issues have been resolved to the best of our ability and our resident has cleared all concerns in regards of his home here at Bainbridge VillasWe have talked multiple times after the complaint was filed and have informed our resident about all available options in regards of his leaseWe are in good terms and keeping in touch! Reletting fees charges according to the "final bill" states 977.50 but according to the lease (attached) the reletting fee states 930.75. 2. I have attached the notice that came along with the bill that clearly states I had 15 days from the date of the letter to contact them and discuss the charges. I did contact them as stated in the original complaint within the allotted time (on 2/4/18). The Bainbridge personnel refused to discuss my charges or provide the collection agency in which they turned over my debt to. In addition, in the state of Texas the law states that they are required to wait 30 days from final bill before allowed to turn over the debt to collection agency. I was not allowed the opportunity to handle this debt with Bainbridge Villas. 3. The charges for Jan 2018 rent needs to be removed. I didn't have a contract with Bainbridge Villas for this month. I have attached my lease. 4. I am requesting that the FULL deposit that I paid be credited to this debt. I have attached supporting documents to show that I paid 650.00 in "refundable" deposits and was only credited for 150.00 5. Move out date is incorrect. I moved out 1/3/18 (one day late). I provided proper notification via their emailed survey.  I could not attach this due to only being allowed so many attachments. I was informed by Bainbridge personnel after move out that they wouldn't consider this proper notice. I didn't know that at the time of the survey. I assumed this was why they sent the email. I can provided this documentation as well. In addition, our apt building was treated for bed bugs three times recently prior to my move out. I was not notified of this issue nor was my apt treated for the bugs as required by law. I can provide this documentation as well. Due to the unsanitary living conditions of the building was the reason the lease was not renewed. Thank you, [redacted]
