I will check into the situation and see if the bank has refunded the deposit less documentation fee. If so we will then send the deposit back to the customer.

This customer did sign a Lease contract for a [redacted]. The deal did not go as planned and the contract was cancelled.As of today 50% of the deposit has been returned to the customer and the other 50% will be returned soon.[redacted]
