We are dearly sorry Ms*** has experienced difficulty with our companyWe are of the belief we are trying to work out a solution with herWe have been in communication with her throughout her projectShe has spoken to numerous staff membersWe have experienced some issues but we have not
been absent from trying to listen and see how we may address her concernsWe agree that perhaps our response has not been in a timely fashion as she would prefer because her issues continued to escalateShe informed our team she had a horrible experience with a previous roofer and made them redo the new roof installed or she would not pay themShe then stated she only paid them halfThe point of contact is now at the owner levelWhen Ms*** initially began to express her frustration we took several steps to please her: (1) she stated a ladder from her home was missing, without requesting any sort of proof we replaced the ladder; (2) she then said a light fixture fell inside her home and broke, we then offered to replace it; (3) she said glass fell in her pet's food bowl, we then provided her with a gift card to *** *** to replace the dog foodShe additionally stated she some concerns regarding her roofWe then had our Production Manager conduct an on-site visitWe scheduled another inspection with our senior technicians and then Ms*** told us she was having an independent inspector come to her propertyShe then sent a report to us from the independent inspector which stated our work was not sufficientThe last time we tried to speak with Ms*** she hung up on usWe have since offered to visit her property with her inspector to understand where we have gapsFrankly, for our company to be accused of taking advantage of an elderly woman who is a widow is offensive on so many levelsWe are a company of hard working individuals with strong values who serve our community to the best of our abilityMs*** has taken to numerous public forums to discredit our company and the hard working people who serve our customersWe understand from the beginning Ms*** was very mad with our company because we had to delay her project due to inclement weatherWe are dedicated to customer service and try in every attempt to please our customersHowever, courtesy from our customers is greatly appreciated to resolve whatever matters are of their concernWe last communicated with Ms*** on Tuesday, October 11, We are trying to get the Regional Representative from the manufacturer to visit Ms*** propertyWe are working to understand her frustrationAgain, I'd like to reiterate we are of the belief we are trying to resolve this matter with Ms*** and arrive to a conclusion all parties can accept

We have spoken to our customer this morning, August 29, 2017 and are working to meet their expectations. Today, we apologized for the duration of time it has taken to resolve their issues and lengths of time during all communications. We are revisiting training with staff regarding improved...

We will be visiting the homeowners this Thursday, August 31, 2017 if confirmed to complete the necessary steps in gathering the information they need and have requested. If this week does not work, we will continue to work with the customers' schedule in order to come to a resolution. In a sincere effort to maintain our reputation of integrity and ultimately always doing the right thing, since the date of this complaint by our valued client Integrity Roofing & Siding has resolved the majority of these issues. ...

 Below are detailed bullet points on how these issues were resolved including an explanation for the few issues that weren’t resolved and why.   ·         Decking:  The decking was sagging due to the age and it being 3/8th of an inch with 24 inch rafters.  The decking was not rotted out and our roofing crew was still able to nail the surface.  We only replace rotted decking and/or decking that our roofing crews are not able to nail for whatever reason.  All decking must be structurally sound for the wind rating that is guaranteed by Owens Corning.  Integrity Roofing & Siding replaced the decking at no additional charge so that the roof would be more aesthetically pleasing for the home owner. ·         Shingle:  The shingle to have “uplift”.  This was due to the shingles not having enough time to warm up and lay flat.  This is typical after roof installation.  Our Field Supervisors walked the roof and found no nails that were undershot that would keep shingles from laying flat over time.  The home owner hired an independent inspector to inspect the work performed by our crew.  The inspection report stated that the roof material was in excellent condition and installation was also excellent. ·         Permit:  The reason that the city permit was not attained within the normal time frame is at the time our project manager was preparing all of the necessary items to begin this project he suffered a sudden major illness that put him in the hospital in an intensive care unit for three weeks.  The Permit has since been attained and the City of San Antonio is sending an inspector out today. ·         Deficiencies:  The only deficiencies found on the inspection report were the exhaust vents.  The exhaust vents were not covered by the insurance company.  Therefore, they were not replaced.  However, we did seal around the vents with roofing cement to prevent future water intrusion.  Per the inspection report, we are sending one of our roof technicians to check for any exposed nails on the flange.  If any are found we will seal them.

Review: [redacted] of Amtech EHP Inc. installed a Aprilaire Humidifier in my residence on September 15, 2014 which continues to draw water from the hot water heater even when the furnance heater is not running causing two water floods in my basement. To avoid this, I have to turn the humidifier off completely and turn off the water feed from the hot water heater. [redacted] has a one year warranty on labor. [redacted] has not responded to my phone calls to rectify this situation.

I have a signed contract between myself and [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like the situation of the humidifier corrected/repaired so my family may enjoy the benefits of the humidifier which we paid for.
