I am rejecting this response because:The response I received that the company did not have contact with us is incorrect. I have attached the invoice the company emailed to my husband (our last name is spelled wrong, but same address). I can forward the email I sent to them also if I am given an email address. Below is the copied and pasted email. Service 7-3-16[redacted] Reply|7/5/2016[redacted]Good evening,My family recently used Amtech mechanical on 7-3-2016 for an air conditioning complication. I did not receive the name of the employee who provided the service, however the gentleman came to the conclusion that our air conditioning unit not being able to "catch up" was just due to the type of manufactured home that we have. I did make the payment, however no service other than a visual inspection was provided. We ended up contacting another provider the next day who performed an air quality test that realized half of our house was not blowing air through it as strongly. The gentleman was able to crawl under our home to find out that our duct below had somehow become disconnected. After the issue was fixed, the air conditioning was blowing a hundred times better inside our home. I dont wish to compare the two services, however I feel that my initial call provided by your amtech mechanical company should have been able to discover this complication first. We were recommended to your company and we had looked up the good reviews online, so we were highly disappointed that our complication was determined as "due to the type of house we have." I do not agree with the $125 fee that we paid to your buisness whom was unable to notice this complication. The emailed invoice states that we received an air conditioning repair, however nothing was fixed or touched.
