fixed the viewing problem for one of the cameras. *** spent his time arguing with me why he wasnt able to fix the problem for months. He would not fix the problem with being able to view the camera while away from home. Instead, he went to his car and sat while his business partner tried to find out why I wasnt able to viewHis business partner does not know programming. The programming is suppose to be ***'s expertise. I have a year warranty. *** will not resolve this matter

Review: December 4, 2014 had security cameras installed by [redacted] (ASSG AmTech Service) with a 3 year warranty. Since installation, I have had problems with cameras not working. I had to contact [redacted] several times regarding the first camera malfunctioning. It took 3 weeks to get someone to fix the first camera problem. Then my service for viewing the camera while away from home stopped working. [redacted] gave me a list of IPs to use but none worked. Then a second camera stopped working and homes in my neighborhood were broken into. I have contacted [redacted] for 3 months with complaints. He only gives excuses as to why he cannot come to fix the problem or send someone knowing I have a warranty on the products which he has failed to back up. I have written a number of emails to him.Desired Settlement: I have asked [redacted] to come remove all of his equipment and refund me my money so that I can move forward finding someone that can install and make sure the equipment continues to work. I cannot allow anyone to come fix the equipment because it is under warranty and I am afraid if someone tries to fix the cameras, [redacted] will void the warranty. Refund of $1,317.46 is requested
