I would definitely NOT hire this company again They were hired to repair a flagstone front walkway They patched it with what appears to be the incorrect mortar The existing mortar is dark gray and their patching is light gray They patched in July 2014, and by the spring of the walkway was in a terrible state of disrepair I called *** and complained He said that he stopped by my house and inspected the walkway The issue, according to ***, is that I asked to have the walkway patched when, in fact, in needs to be totally re-set I explained to him that as the mason, he should tell me the appropriate way to fix the walk He disagreed, blamed me, quoted me $4K to reset the walk, and that was that DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I contracted with Cass to have my brownstone stucco and cornice patched and painted. Work was to be performed on weekends to accommodate his work schedule at a reduced rate. The work was to be completed in 4 weeks. 2 months later only 1/4 of the work has been completed. Cass constantly fails to show up with his workers or makes excuses for not working. Yesterday (8/*/15) he was supposed to show up with the scaffolding to do the work on the cornice and paint the top half of the building. Instead he showed up with one guy and left when questioned about the scaffold. This is not my first experience with contractors, but definitely THE WORST. Cass has received $4400 of a $6500 job but has not completed enough work to justify this payment and now I doubt he will.

Review: in sum: contractor's failure to complete part of the work - a driveway patch - for which total payment had been made. failure to arrive at agreed-to times to do the work and/or refund the payment for incomplete work, and failure to call to cancel when he didn't come. repeated promises to refund money for incomplete work not kept. failure to follow instructions for where to place refund in case i'm not home. all details available in email exchanges that I can forward on request. also - contractor was to forward record of completed work, including photos, to my home insurance company, but they report that they did not receive the documentation, and the contractor now claims he no longer has the photos.Desired Settlement: refund of $150 for the work not done. submission of documentation of completed work [reason I hired the contractor to begin with] to my insurance company - either faxed to [redacted] or emailed to [redacted]. my home insurance is presently at risk of being dropped because that documentation was not received.

Review: I had brick work done by Khan and Ztech. I paid Khan but he never completed the work. When I saw him he said he would be over in a few days. When he didn't show I called again and he said he would be over in 1-2 days. Again, a no show. I have since called approx 10 times and I have not had my calls returned.Desired Settlement: I would like the work completed or a refund of $2,000 so I can hire another contractor to do the work.

Review: Z-Tech took $500 deposit to do repairs on my home and never did any repairs or made any attempt to contact me after initial proposal. Promised to return the funds but three months later no refund has been forthcoming.Desired Settlement: Refund of $500.00

The absolute worst contracting company I have ever worked with. very unprofessional and unreliable. After 2 weeks of what was supposed to be a 1 week job and being nowhere near completed, they took the money and ran. Never returned after getting the 2nd installment.
