I have been a customer of Amtek air for over years and by far there best service tech is Chris this was his 3rd service call to my house and he is always on time very friendly and explains what he is doing He is a real people person and that's what you need to be number # in your business Now when I call I will always ask for Chris Thanks again you did a great job !!!!!! Mike [redacted] And a shout out to Ashley who works in the office she is always very nice on the phone and her goal is customer service great job too !!!!!!
I had service from Amtek Air today, and the tec [redacted] was great to have come to my houseAny question that I had he had the answerHe was a gentleman to the highest standard, that any business would not mind having a man like him to represent their company
Please be careful when using this company I hired them for a a/c tuneup advertised at A very friendly tech showed up on time He took me through his procedure stating that my A/C unit was performing well When he went to the attic to check the air handler things changed I herd a loud statement " Oh St"He called me up into the attic and showed me that the Plenum of my year old unit had pulled away from the handlerHe then stated that the builder of my year old house had not connected the ducts properly He said he would call the office to find out how much to correct this problemHe put his office on speaker phone so that I may hear what I thought to be a scripted conversation.He told me that they would connect and seal all seventeen ducts and not charge me to reconnect the plenumthe total would be dollarsNeedless to say I did not hire them they also wanted just to reconnect the plenum I had the work done for I am a retired investigator and started to smell this stink quickly
My husband and I , we're very impressed with the technicians [redacted] and [redacted] They really check our AC unit and spent ample time to explain to us the extend of our mold issue and gave us a couple of option to remedy to our pretty bad situation We were with upset to find out we needed a new unit, and their kind and caring behavior made it easier for us to accept the inevitable replacement of our AC units and ducks in the entire house!!!
[redacted] was at our house to do a tune up and was very thoroughHe gave us some vital information on what we could do as homeowners to help prolong the life of the system and also keep service calls at a minimumGreat customer service I wouldn't hesitate to use them again
I have been using AMTC for several years. The technician that serviced by A.C. last week (Jon than Woodruff) was arrived on time, cleaned up after himself, and toke the time to clean the entire unit. He was pleasant and explained all the steps he took. I will continue to use AMTEC. thank you Jon for job well done!
We contracted for a new air conditioning system on 9/25/and were told it would be completed the next day We, unfortunately, paid in full that day The system was completed on 10/05/days later! The out side unit was put in for their conveniencein that it sits on the hurricane pad backwards!!!! Every time I look at it, it makes me sick I was asked if I wanted a free phone by the tech who sold us the unit, which I declined, only to change my mind later I called AmTec and was told "What phone" I am very disappointed with the company
amtek tech sold us new a/c unit with new air returnsFirst new air return installed day after a/c unit installedWe have called at least times to find out when 2nd air return would be installedThe person who we spoke to says someone will get back to usBut no one ever calls backWe also were promised an ozone shock and has not happened
