I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # *** While I am satisfied with the part of the response that offers replacement of the defective item, the original installation, which was to replace an older pump of the same model, was expensive for us as a retiree with a seriously disabled wife, who are on a fixed incomeIt just seems unreasonable to expect us to pay an additional installation cost when the pump failed through no fault of oursWhile the offer made by Amtrol is probably the best we will get, it just seems that a company interested in their reputation would want to make good for defective equipment
