Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below If you note the one month between the sept and the oct the tank had to be pumped again We had already started the process of a mound system to be put in -in sept Unfortunately it was to late to get the work done that was necessary to do before the actual work was doneWe used the tank till the middle of November (then headed for warmer climate) The tank didn't need to be pumped until late JuneWe arrived home on the 1st of May This includes the spring high water level Also Amundsons say that they have the dump site records to prove that gallons were dumped on that day We would have to assume that was their only job that day to say it was ours, to say we were unhappy about having to put in a mound system is assuming, we have known for years it was only a matter of timeOur l last two homes have had septic systems, thats years worth.Facts do NOT support Amundsons claimAlso the records show gallons were 'dumped' but we have gallon tanks?????? If that money makes him happy he can have it but the records should show how he does business [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, [redacted] ***
