If you note the one month between the sept and the oct the tank had to be pumped again We had already started the process of a mound system to be put in -in sept Unfortunately it was to late to get the work done that was necessary to do before the actual work was doneWe used the tank till the middle of November (then headed for warmer climate) The tank didn't need to be pumped until late JuneWe arrived home on the 1st of May This includes the spring high water level Also Amundsons say that they have the dump site records to prove that gallons were dumped on that day We would have to assume that was their only job that day to say it was ours, to say we were unhappy about having to put in a mound system is assuming, we have known for years it was only a matter of timeOur l last two homes have had septic systems, thats years worth.Facts do NOT support Amundsons claimAlso the records show 800 gallons were 'dumped' but we have gallon tanks?????? If that money makes him happy he can have it but the records should show how he does business [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]

July 1, 2015Amundson Septic was called on two separate holiday weekends to pump a tank and dry well because it was overfull and failing to operate with the house backing up.I emptied the septic tank and dry well with a gentleman of the house standing beside me He saw that the tank was empty. As far as needing to be pumped one month later, a lot of variables contribute to that How much water useage in the home, how fast the water drains from the dry well that was failing, if any rain leaked in, and the ground water level All of that is out of my control. In the first complaint, the customer states that they used the system for years without having problems and that it wasn't an emergency I have been called twice, both on holidays as an emergency. In the second complaint, the customer states that they already started the process to replace the failed system; so they WERE having problems. As far as gallons, when pumping a tank,, the gallons are an estimate, there are no gauges on a septic truck, only a sight glass for estimating My competitor, who is the customers regular pumper, COPIES ARE ATTACHED, shows that he also only pumped 700-gallons on all of this pump reports The same as mine.In conclusion, I was called on holiday emergency calls I emptied the septic tank and dry well fully with the customer's gentleman friend present I charged emergency call pricing and pump pricing. As far as a holding tank option, it was just an observation and opinion, I don't install septic systems. Also, addressing the customer, if I was rushed or short with you, I am sorry It was a holiday and was just trying to complete my work, help you out on a holiday and return to my family function

Amundson Septic was called on two separate holiday weekends to pump a tank and dry well because it was overfull and failing to operate with the house backing up.
I emptied the septic tank and dry well with a gentleman of the house standing beside me.  He saw that the tank was empty.
As far as needing to be pumped one month later, a lot of variables contribute to that.  How much water useage in the home, how fast the water drains from the dry well that was failing, if any rain leaked in, and the ground water level.  All of that is out of my control.
In the first complaint, the customer states that they used the system for 30 years without having problems and that it wasn't an emergency.  I have been called twice, both on holidays as an emergency.
In the second complaint, the customer states that they already started the process to replace the failed system;  so they WERE having problems.
As far as 800 gallons, when pumping a tank,, the gallons are an estimate, there are no gauges on a septic truck, only a sight glass for estimating.   My competitor, who is the customers regular pumper, COPIES ARE ATTACHED, shows that he also only pumped 700-800 gallons on all of this pump reports.  The same as mine.
In conclusion, I was called on holiday emergency calls.  I emptied the septic tank and dry well fully with the customer's gentleman friend present.  I charged normal emergency call pricing and pump pricing.
As far as a holding tank option, it was just an observation and opinion, I don't install septic systems.
Also, addressing the customer, if I was rushed or short with you, I am sorry.  It was a holiday and was just trying to complete my work, help you out on a holiday and return to my family function.

If you note the one month between the sept 1 and the...

oct 5 the tank  had to be pumped again.  We had already started the process of a mound system to be put in -in sept.  Unfortunately it was to late to get the work done that was necessary to do before the actual work was done. We used the tank till the middle of November (then headed for warmer climate)  The tank didn't need to be pumped until late June. We arrived home on the 1st of May.  This includes the spring high water level.  Also Amundsons say that they have the dump site records to prove that 800 gallons were dumped on that day.  We would have to assume that was their only job that day to say it was ours,  to say we were unhappy about having to put in a mound system is assuming, we have known for 30 years it was only a matter of time. Our l last two homes have had septic systems, thats 40 years worth.Facts do NOT support Amundsons  claim. Also the records show 800 gallons were 'dumped'  but we have 1000 gallon tanks?????? If that money makes him happy he can have it but the records should show how he does business.   [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]
