Mayo Built Rite came out to give me a bid on repairs need to be completed on my home they provided me with a quote and later provided a contract and date of the expect start*** Mayo of Mayo's built Rite construction received a deposit required to secure building materials days prior to the start date Mayo's Built Rite did not show up on the date they assured they would start ,calls where made to check the status of the binding contract and there were no answers from either business phone numbers provided
On May 2nd *** Mayo, owner of Mayos Built Rite, came to my house to collect a down payment for work I hired him to complete*** Mayo was hired to repair my concrete drivewayWe agreed that I would pay him $USD in advance to cover the cost of materialsUpon completion of the repairs I would pay him the remaining $for his laborI have all of this in writing on a receipt from *** Mayo and it also contains his signatureThe date is now 5/23/and I have not heard back from *** Mayo nor has my driveway been repairedI have sent him numerous emails, text messages, -!: phone callsI have been trying for over two weeks to have my $refunded to me that I have already paid him for material cost
