We are filing this complaint for improper billing practices and not providing the services for which we paid In December 2015, MsBeauchaine initially received $from us, with additional payments of $on December 2015, $February 2016, and $on March (total $5380) with the promise she would provide a monthly statement showing her progress and detailed billing for those servicesShe failed to provide these monthly statements and after I provided the information needed for her to go forward, she billed ME for the actions of retrieving that information On March 2016, MsBeauchaine informed us that there was $remaining in trust, without the benefit of informing us in detail where the difference had been spentAt this time, we terminated our relationship with MsBeauchaine and requested the remaining monies in trust to be refunded It is my opinion that MsBeauchiane has not fulfilled her part of our arrangement and has failed to provide the
I agree with the former complaint this lawyer is a crookI hired Ms B [redacted] for an injunction case that was on behalf of my minor childrenI gave her every last cent I had because with the experience that she stated she had was what I needed family domestic and dependency lawMs.B [redacted] did not ask one question I had for my ex husband I had witnesses with me 2witnesses had drove to Fla from out of state I asked her to call my witnesses to the stand and her excact words were " For what" I was in shock I had letters from church counselors and pastors friends and neighbors teachers and professional phycoligist about my children and doctors notes she did not object to one question when I was being questioned by my ex husbands attorney she did not object to one questionto make a longer story a bit shorter I ended up losing all custody of my children even after DCF said they have no concerns here in my house and that there ARE concerns for the father I have no visits with my kids and father is allowed to take them out of state move and when I tell you my lawyer did not try to argue the fact at all that my ex husband is bi polar manic depressant and diabetic as well as drinks alcohol on a regular basis while caring for my children she used NOTHING DID NOTHING I am not just an unhappy client I am a MOTHER who gave this woman everything to win this case there is no reason I should be without my children I don't even have visits or no time sharing this is crazy PLESAE DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS ATTORNEY YOU WILL BE BETTER OFF PLEADING YOUR CASE PRO SE

This lawyer is a straight crook. All she did was ask for money and did not even solve the issue. She does not give specifics in terms of what is going to happen or help you in stretching your funds. She did nothing but sit there and let me be the lawyer but got paid to literally do nothing. Do not get this lawyer it is a waste of time.
