It takes a long time for glasses to come in and they don't always call you when they do arrive. If they are short-handed - you have to call them or wait until somebody returns from vacation, etc. and finally calls you.
Doctor does not address any problem you may have with glasses.When asked if my conversation with her about a problem was confidential, she told me it was up to ME!
What kind of an answer is that from a doctor?????

Review: I have been waiting since August for my glasses to come in. Repeatedly told "they will be in this Tuesday". They actually came in at one point... but prescription was wrong so they had to send them back out. It is October 29th .. still no glasses. The staff was friendly and helpful during ordering; but do not seem to follow through. It shouldn't take me calling to check on the status of my glasses, they should be checking with their lab regularly to see if there is a problem. As far as their "on-site lab"; seems they can only make specific prescriptions with specific insurances; everything else... they send out just like any other place. I do NOT recommend this business for getting glasses, especially if you need them relatively soon. End result... I was offered a refund.... that's it. Nothing for the months of waiting. Good customer service would have offered a refund($300+) plus my glasses for free... if they ever come in.... Very surprised by this level of service right on Main Street near the University of Delaware.Desired Settlement: I am requesting the delivery of my eyeglasses; plus a refund of monies paid.
