I was charged for a service and when their establishments credit machine was taking too long the employee "voided" the transaction and charged me again She told me she voided the transaction and I would not be charged Unfortunately I was charged twice and when I went to the establishment they said it was voided and showed me a voided receipt However, the transaction was processed against my account and the funds were withdrawn The manager refused to credit me and I had to file a claim through my bank
In regards to health, this establishment is a nail salon and they do not sterilize their instruments in an autoclave nor do they clean them in between clients/customers They simply move on from customer to customer using the same instruments without cleaning them or placing them in any type of sterilizing solution
