My audiology practice has always taken great pride in providing exceptional patient care and complete patient satisfaction To that end, even though I was unable to verify that the hearing aids would shut down with certain sounds I still had the original instruments completely replaced times in the past year Since Mr [redacted] still is not satisfied with the instruments that his insurance plan provided, and the distance involved traveling to my office, I have suggested he seek audiology support from an audiologist closer to where he resides I have also agreed to refund the amount that his insurance plan allowed for his instruments and my services When Mr [redacted] returns the instruments to my office I will have his refund ready for himMy expectation is that this will be a satisfactory resolution of this matter
