Last month I received for the first time a bill from a service date of 12/13/I had never had any correspondence about this service beforeThey had billed the wrong insurance company and never been paidThe hospital and radiologist from this date of service both were paid at 100% as would they have been had they billed the proper peopleI now no longer have this insurance and this claim can not be paid through them because they never corresponded with me before this timeI should not be responsible for this bill as it is their error that they never contacted me when the insurance they billed did not pay or contacted me in a timely manner so this issue could have been resolved properlyThey would have been paid at 100%They waited days from the date of first contact and have now turned me over to collectionsI am going to dispute the collection chargesIt was their mistake that caused them to not be paid
In December I was admitted to the Emergency Room with signs of a heart attack I was treated, kept overnight for observation, had several tests done, and let go the next morning and told to report to my family doctor
I am a disabled veteran I use the Veteran's Administration (VA) for all of my healthcare and insurance purposes TX Emergency Staffing Solution billed the VA in January 2016, which was denied originally because several procedural codes were incorrectly displayed on lines one and two of the bill Instead of trying to rectify the situation, or contact me to rectify the situation, the company sent the bill to collections without ever notifying me (May 2016) Only reason I ever found out the bill was in collections is checking my credit report when I was looking to buy a new car and noticed the derogatory mark

I paid a medical bill that was for my minor child that was reported on my credit reportI paid bill in full to emergency staffing solutions in Oklahoma on April 5,However, even though they have sent the account to CAC FINANCIAL CORP (Oklahoma also)I have called ESS and they located my payment with the confirmation and authorization numbersI was told that they would forward my payment to CAC FINANCIAL That was two weeks agoWhen I contact CAC FINANCIAL it still says my account has a balance
