This letter is in response to the complaint case number *** involving *** ***. Mr*** visited our Owensboro, KY
location on July 31, and purchased a single pair of glasses. I am sorry that Mr*** feels our ad was deceiving or misleading. Our ad has a disclaimer on the bottom stating what the two pair package includes, the package in question ($108.45) includes -$frames, 2- Pair of single vision lenses. Mr*** purchase premium bifocals, anti-glare coating and exam these items are clearly not part of the package. Our staff is trained to explain this and give the patient the opportunity to say no and not purchase any upgradesDisclaimers are clearly marked all over this location as well as all advertisementsI’m sorry if he feels we did not explain this well and we can address that with this location, but prior to closing out his sale he was aware of what he was purchasing. The items below are clearly marked on his invoice and he would have received a copy of this
